Thanks to Gregg Franklin I've learned to use PIXENATE at:
http://pixenate.com
I've been looking for a few before and after photos to use as an example, but it looks like everything that I've saved has alreay been edited. I do have several versions of my mug on file.
Normally when editing, I try to focus just on the property and eliminate much of the street at the bottom and the sky at the top. If the next door neighbors house looks too close I just crop it right there. Whatever it takes.

It's just great, easy to use and one of my favorite words is FREE! Yeah, give it a try!
Try it out and let me know how it works, I'd love to hear from you.

I appriciate the Kudos. I also want to mention a tool provided FREE by Microsoft that makes it a snap to resize pictures. Located at http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe
